COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Government Guidelines for Customers Regarding Covid 19 visiting Creations.

  • Do not enter the salon if you are feeling unwell or have flu like symptoms. If you don't feel well, please rearrange your appointment over the phone or by email.

  • To protect our customers and staff at this time, we are actively managing the number of customers who can come into our premises at one time.

  • Creations will only run on an appointment basis.

  • Please arrive alone for appointments (this includes not bringing children/other family members)

  • Temperature checks will be taken on arrival of your appointment.

  • One client per time with each therapist/hairdresser.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to provide refreshments and magazines. Please feel free to bring refreshments with you.

  • Please try to travel light on visiting the salon. Only bring essential items to your appointment, to reduce cross contamination.

  • Extra time will be in place for deep cleaning between clients and to avoid cross over.

  • Nail and hair stations will have a two metre rule in place.

  • Nail stations will have screens provided. If screens can't be in place for certain beauty treatments or hairdressing then face masks will be worn by therapist, hairdresser and client.

  • Certain beauty treatments may be delayed until further safety notice is given.

Guidelines once entering Creations to help reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19

  • Please arrive on time and alone ( this includes not bringing children/other family members).

  • On entering and leaving the salon please wash your hands in the designated area. Hand-sanitiser and disposable paper towels are available.

  • Please be seated at the waiting area provided until your therapist/ hairdresser greets you.

  • Due to the number of clients in one place at a time, you must leave immediately after your treatment, even after nail polish application.

  • If possible please use contactless payments, this is now available for payments up to £45

  • The Government has announced that members of the public must wear face coverings in shops and supermarkets from 24 July in England. Government officials have confirmed that face coverings do not need to be worn by the public in beauty salons, hairdressers or other close contact services. These settings already have extensive protective measures in place including handwashing, screens, visors and social distancing. Clients may wear face coverings if they wish. Workers MUST wear visors but can wear face coverings as well (not instead).

We appreciate your support and thank you for your continued custom. We look forward to welcoming you to a safe environment within the Salon and Hairdressers.
